After we send out your goods, an automatic shippment email with the tracking number will be sent out to the email address which you have used to place your order, in this email just get the tracking URL of the shipping courtier and tracking number, then you will see the latest update of your goods.

So please ensure you have given the right email address of yours so that you can receive the automatic shippment email from us, if you have not received the email in 3 days, you can just send us a email to sales@zaisum.com asking for the shippment information, normally our service agent will reply you in 24-48 hours. and we suggest you choose a public email service provider like: Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail. Normally the goods will arrive in 5-10 days since we receive your order, but some time it will take some longer time 10-15 days.

 

Order Status:

  • 1) Processing: we have received the payment and the order has been sent to our fulfillment centers.
  • 2) Complete: complete means we have send out the goods but not means the customer has received the goods.
